• To respond to your enquiries — legitimate interest and your consent when you submit the contact form.
• To manage prop hire bookings — performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors who help us run the site:

• Supabase (database & authentication, EU region)
• Cloudflare (hosting and DDoS protection)
• Email providers we use to reply to you

Where any processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact form messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Hire and sales records: 6 years (Irish Revenue requirement).
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
